Hello,
Is it possible to not have to provide a default answer in a "dropdown" box?
By default dropdown box doesn't have any option selected. You can change the default selection by choosing "Selected"
I would like my customers to be able to select multiple options without having to select 1 option in particular.
You can increase the height of the Dropdown Box and use the following keyboard+mouse controls:
CTRL + Mouse Left Click - To select one item at a time
SHIFT + Mouse Left Click - To choose all the options or select a list of a group of options
If this is not what you are trying to achieve let us know so we can provide a correct answer to your questions.
