The login attempts have been cleared for user yuanbaorestaurant.
Please try your login credentials again. Also, please see my steps to reset your Jotform account password.
How to reset your Jotform account password:
- Go to the Jotform login page.
- Click the forgot password link.
- Enter either your email address or username, then hit the Send Reset Instructions button.
- Check your email inbox for the password reset email.
- Click the Reset Password button provided in the email.
- Enter your new password, then click the Create a New Password button, and you’re done.
