My "New Contract Agent" Jotform has been integrated with my Airtable Base, now all of a sudden it's not? What is going on with it?

Hi there,
I did do that and it was resolved. Now it has happened again. It's the same "New Contract" form that should be lined up with my "Pending Files" in AT. It says the integration is running but my newest submission on that form today from Michael Cooper did not go through and did not upload to AT.

We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. I cloned your form to test it, and the Airtable integration uploaded my submissions, as expected. It seems that the issue may have resolved itself. If the issue still persists, please try to reintegrate the Airtable using a new API Key.
