Hope all is well.

What my colleague was trying to say in this matter is that you can manually select multiple checkboxes in the form but not use conditional logic to automatically select the items from the choices. To do that, you need to simply add multiple choices elements in the form as shown below:

This means the condition that you use to select from the multiple choices should not exist in your form if you want to do the manual selection.

I hope this clarifies the issue.

Thank you, Its just that you send these videos and they move so fast and don't show me where you start from as if I have full understanding of the platform so the videos don't help me unless you use a different type.

But only one person has done that (after repeated requests) before we discovered the issue.

Just to clarify, may we know which part of the screencast you cannot follow?

1 - In the screencast, my colleague added a Multiple Choice field to the form.

2 - Rename the "Type option 1" to "01" on the Properties page or by clicking the word.

3 - After that, my colleague opens the form in a new tab to test the Multiple Choice (selecting one by one).

May we know which part you didn't understand so we can assist you properly?

I don't understand any of it but it seems i won't get a video explaining. This was more confusing because its not my form. I'm looking for help with my form not a generic entry. I have no idea why its this hard to get a regular video screen, it would take 2 minutes.

This has been going on for over a month and I just can't get a simple video. Thank you for these screenshots but they don't help me. My form is already live so and this doesn't say anything about tagging my keap tags.

This does not address my keap tags at all.

I'm afraid there might have been some misunderstanding. Because manually filling the checkboxes would be the user selecting the tags themselves, while filling in the form. Which I don't think is what you would want. That's why kaancomert is still looking into a solution.

When testing around with a copy of your form, I did find something that works. It seems the issue is related to "Number of employees" also being a Multiple Choice field. And if it's changed to a Single Choice field the conditions and Keap tags get selected as expected from my testing so far.

With your permission I can switch out the "Number of employees" field on your form and update the connected conditions.

Ok we need to back up because this has gone in a completely different direction. Because the original post kept getting so long I suppose

1. The issue was my tags in my questions were not being tagged in keap (despite me having it set up in the conditions. It would tag some but not others. The "advanced team supposedly reached out to Keap.
2. They found that the issue was with multiple tagging it seems and that it would work best if it tagged them manually - not quite sure what that means
3. I was asking for a video (with audio) to explain what and how I would do that. I was told what the problem was and how to work around it but not shown how to do it.
4. also a video with no audio is still very confusing. With so many different people touching it, it keeps getting more and more lost and everyone is giving a diffeent response and now its on a completely different topic.

Im ok with that change if it solves the problem. But will the other questions that are multiple choice get tagged?
