I am creating a form that has multiple options for requests from our department. The form seems to be working, but when I go to print the submission, there are aspect on it that shouldn't be there. For example, all of the headers from the various pages show up on the submitted form, but are each on a separate page in the form itself.
Ex: This form the person selected an RPF, but both the Sponsorship Request and the Slide Creation Request headers are on the report. Can you please help?

Hi, Shawn!
After further checking, I kindly inform you that it is impossible to hide form fields in the PDF using conditional logic. However, the possible workaround would be to create separate PDFs for each request and attach them to the emails conditionally.
