I keep getting the following error message when I click to sign the form.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support!
I keep getting the following error message when I click to sign the form.
I have seen temporary issues with the signature boxes resolve themselves after some time. I have tested the signature box and was unable to replicate any issues with it.
Please provide the URL to the form that is having issues.
- Go to your My Forms page.
- Find the form you would like to edit and choose Publish.
- Click the Copy URL button and paste that URL here in the Support form.
