Some of the Form Fields are not displaying the correct label

    Hi! I've been testing out Jotform and so far I really like it.

    However, several of the form field labels are incorrect when sent to email. The field names are correct in the form view but then show as "Type a Question" in the body of the email.

    I'd really like to use your product, so hoping that you can help me!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us!

    To update the email content automatically and have it the same as your field labels. Please delete the current email notification and create a new one. The new notification email shall contain the updated and correct field labels.

    To delete the notification email go to your Form Builder and under settings select Emails. Click on the trash icon for the notification email and confirm the deletion. Once deleted create a new one by clicking the Add an Email button and selecting notification email adjust the settings of the notification email as you wanted to and press save once done.

    Please do note that you would also need to update the email added on your approval flow.
