Fantastic answers, thank you both.
One other issue: is there a way for my visitors to NOT leave my website? This question has been moved as a new thread I'd like to keep them on my environment, and also keep them reassured that nothing shady is happening.
Thanks again for helping so much!
Antoine

Hi Antoine,
Yes that's possible with the following workaround.
Instead of using your form URL, I would suggest to download your form source code and upload it to your website. Here's how to download your form source code: http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-Download-a-Source-Code-of-your-Form. After that, in order for the prepopulation to work as it is, just use your hosted form URL instead of the form URL from Jotform.
Example:
http://www.yourwebsite.com/myform.html?yourName[first]={fullName:first}&yourName[last]={fullName:last}
So when the user submits the form, it would redirect to the hosted version of the form within your website.
If you need more clarifications, let us know here. Thanks.

Thank you!
But as I'm using Weebly, is it possible?
I thought iFrame was the only possible embedding method on Weebly?

I think weebly will allow you to download your site but I don't think weebly will allow you to upload it back the purpose of downloading your site is that you can grab the complete source and move your site to a different hosting.
Weebly only allows you to embed iframe and probably due to security reason they won't allow user to embed <script> tags.
If you want to download your site from weebly you can follow this guide here http://smallbusiness.chron.com/download-blog-weebly-26688.html
