Reset Password- Password reset link not received

    Hi there,

    Have you checked your inbox/spam messages for the password reset link? Also, kindly make sure that you are signed in on the correct email address that used on your Jotform account. Here's the workaround for resetting your password if you haven't done yet. If you're still having an issue, let us wait for a support to get in touch on this ticket! They can definitely help you out on their end.

    In order to get the link you need to:

    1.) Visit Jotform’s Website. 

    2.) Click on the Login button.

    3.) Click the Forgot Password? link at the popup:

    4.) Enter either the email address or username.

    5.) Click the Send Reset Instructions button.

    6.) Check your email inbox for the password reset email.

    7.) Click the Reset Password button or the URL provided in the email.

    8.) Enter your new password, and click the Reset My Password button, and you’re done.

    No i do not receive any email in both Inbox and Spam

    This is the only page i am seeing, I can't remember my password, I can't find the link to reset my password

    You should log out to be able to reset the account password. It seems you're still logged on to the account.

    I have sent you a reset link to the email associated with the account. Can you check if you're able to receive it?

    If not, please log out of the account and follow the steps here on how-to-reset-jotform-account-password.
