Signature functionality on HIPAA

Hi

I am interested in your products. We would like to create patient registration form. It need to enable HIPAA compliance. I need signature at the end of this form. How the signature work? Do I need to have separate docusign or adobe account? Will it comply to HIPAA regulation?

You can use our signature field to capture signatures which is HIPAA-enabled.

However, you can still use docusign or adobe if you want.
