We need to do two things that I am not sure how to do:
- Increase the number of tickets one can buy. I would like to increase it to multiples of 3 (3 for $20) while still being able to maintain the price of single tickets (1 for $10).
- Also how do I enter manual request for those who purchased tickets via other available options. Should I or do I have to create another form that does not require a payment?
Thanks for your help, Teresa Jones

Here's how:
1. First, edit the option in your Dropdown field and enter the number of options you like. e.g up to 15.
In the same properties, scroll down below and enter the calculation value in each of the options.
After that, you can add more Random Value Generator Widget then update your conditions.
To pass the ticket amount to the payment field, simply add Form Calculation Widget then add the Ticket dropdown field in the calculation formula like the following. You can also hide this widget (right-click > hide) so it is not visible on the live form.
Then on your payment field settings, set the form calculation widget in the Get Price From option.
2. If you want to offer non-payment in the form, simply add a condition in your form that hides the payment field. That should not require users to pay online. Example, you can add a question in your form that asks users if they want to pay online or cash, if they select cash, you can hide the payment field.
