Hi!
I created a form in Jotform and I it to create a record on Airtable when submitted.
As of now that form has 3 Short Text fields, 1 Multiple Choice field and 3 drop downs (from On2Air).
When I fill and submit the form, only the 3 Short Text fields get send to Airtable.
This is what I get on my email when I submit the form:
This is what I see on the Airtable integration tool:
As you can see, I cannot match the Activity Format (Multiple Choice) nor the Subject, Domain and Skill (all are Single Line Text).
How can I fix this?
Thanks,
Javier

Hi there,
You would need to change the format of each table that you have set on your Airfield. For example, for the Activity format, you would need to change the field type to 'Mutiple Select'. This should enable you to be able to match the tables from your form.
I hope this helps.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Hello Javier,
I cloned your form to test. As you can see in my table, the Activity Format is set as Multiple Select.
Upon testing, it seems to have worked on my end.
I have cleared your form caches. Can you please try to reintegrate your form with Airtable?
As for your second query, let me address it via the ticket below.
