HI,
We are loving the convenience of Jotforms and have just started using you for online ordering of school uniforms.
When the order comes through, with an invoice attached, there are no customer details on the invoice. How do we get these details to show on the invoice please?

Hi,
Thank you so much for reaching out.
In the PDF Form Builder, it looks like you don't have set customer's details https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/212998250761059.
To add those details:
- Click to edit the text box, and then select the needed form fields from the Form Fields drop-down. You have to do it manually for each field you want. After you have added the fields, the settings should be saved and all invoices should use the new layout with the customer details.
