Upgrade account impossible

    Hi, I've also posted this in Dutch, but English probably works better.

    I'm trying to upgrade my account but whenever I click on the pricing page, upgrade now link, or anything else, I just get a blank page. I am not sure what is going wrong but I would really like to upgrade. Can anyone help me?

    Hi Bojan,

    Unfortunately, also the links you just send me don't work: I get a blank screen. I've also cleaned my browser cache and tried it in different browsers and on my phone.

    Could you please help me manually with upgrading? Best would be the Bronze package and a yearly payment.

    Would this help with my form which is over the quota right now? My participants are trying to fill it in, but while the message from JotForm told me my form would be disabled tomorrow at noon, people are already not able to fill in the form anymore. Can you explain to me why this is happening?

    The account page is blank. I noticed just now:

    HTML seems to be broken at script tag.
