There are three boxes in this select time thing that are auto selected and I can't un select them.
I have checked the Sign Up for MakerKids Private Classes form under your account which, according to you, is the form you are currently working on and the Input Table field on that form where your respondents can select a time is empty by default.
If it is showing as filled on your end, I would suggest that you test your form again after you have cleared your web browser's cache. Or, you can also test your form on another web browser.
It looks like it's pulling from other user's answers but I don't want it to
I didn't find any conditions set up on your form that would be inserting data into the Input Table field on your form.
Here are the only conditions I found on your form which, I would suggest, that you either fix (the errors) or delete if you no longer be needing them.
ALso I tried paying twice just now, but it hasn't shown up in my Stripe as a payment, and it doesn't look like my credit card worked - but it doesn't appear to have notified me as a user that the charge didn't go through. Any tips?
To my understanding, you have made an actual test submission on your form and tried to process the payment. Is your submission showing on the JotForm Tables — How-to-view-Submissions? I have checked the Stripe payment field on your form and the integration appears to be connected and live.
Is that because I made it with a trial period?
The Stripe payment field on your form should work even if your JotForm account is on a free subscription.
Can we have an option for a 14 day trial period
I would like to apologize for any inconvenience but I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to? May we know on what do you need the 14 day trial period, please?
Also is there a way that if a user fills out the first screen but not subsequent ones, I can still get the info they put on the first screen?
You may only capture the data your respondents entered in the fields on your form if they submit your form.
But how would you like to consider creating a separate form for the first page of your form that your respondents need to complete first before they will be redirected to another form which will have the remaining fields they need to answer?

Yes, how do I make a series of linked forms?
Does this mean that your respondents would submit multiple forms and the form should be connected with each other? If the form will be submitted one after the other then, you can pass the data submitted on the first form into the second form. This means that the fields on the first form should also be present on the second form, but hidden.
If you do that, you only need to view the submissions on the second form since the data that were submitted on the first form was passed to the second form and will also be available there.

Kindly let us know if that will work or will not work for you. And if, in any case, I have misunderstood your requirements, please let us know and please give us more details about what exactly you are trying to achieve.

Greetings,
You can easily set your forms to redirect upon submit to other page or form within your website by following this guide Redirecting Users to a Different Page.
But if you want to pass data from a from to another while the second form it embedded within your website, then unfortunately it's not possible to do so with the instructions provided in our guide, you still can manage to do this by using a server side code to alter the embedding code of the second form to pass the received URL parameters from the first from to the source URL of the embedded form, you may need to consult a web developer to do so according to the type of your web server since we can't support you with this point.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Jenn,
You can use conditional logic to make the user skip pages based on their selections.
Please see our guide below:

If you would need help with setting up this logic, let us know and we will help you.
For your two other questions, I have moved them into separate threads.

https://form.jotform.com/221294949078266

I have a couple questions:
1) I am having trouble passing child first name last name into the
respective fields2) I am having trouble passing birthdateted the
I attached the code I tried. For now I have both first name and last name
of child passing into child first name field, and have dele
birthdate from both fieldsBut more importantly, I need to figure out how I can offer users both 1h
and 2h classes, and then show them the corresponding pricing (and not both
prices). Kind of like we display it on app.makerkids.com. I guess once they
choose topic and child experience, for some classes we might prompt them do
they want a 1 hour class per week or a 2 hour class per week - and then
show them calendars accordingly. Then once they select one, it shows the
corresponding price (and not the other price).
Any tips?
