Populate Trello card description with multiple form fields

How do I get the entire form (all fields) to populate in the Trello card description? I do not need to match all of the fields, only one field for the Trello card title. What am I missing?

In the Trello integration settings, the Card Title is represented by "Name". And you can match it with any other field aside from the Full Name field on your form. You can also set up the integration with only 1 field being matched with another.

The Card Title field in my Sample form above is a Short Text field element.

Again, I have 15 fields on my new jotform. I have only 6 connections available when mapping through the Trello integration. How do I get the information in the remaining fields on my jotform to push into my trello card?

As Trello has fewer possible entry points than your form, the only way to offload more than one field of your form into a single Trello field (as you described in your original message, the Description) is to combine those fields into a single field and then send that single field into Trello.

Here's an example of how to do it:

• Add a Form Calculation widget to your form and Hide it:
  
  
  
  
• In the Widget Settings, click Add Field then select the fields you'd like to include, one after the other. For this example, I will be including both Number of Product fields, and the Payment Type:
  
  
  
  
• Click on all the fields that are not brown to turn them brown, and add a separator between them, for example, a comma and a space. If you'd like, you can also add some labels to describe which field is which, like so:
  
  
  
  
• Set the Description Trello field in your integration to the Combine Form Calculation field:
  
  
  
  

This results in multiple fields transferring over to the Description of the Trello Card:

Unfortunately, the link to the file uploaded by the user is not possible to be transferred, as it requires the Submission ID which is generated only after the submission is made. The only thing that you can get out of the File Upload file is the name of the file uploaded by the user.
