Phishing form

Hey jotform, i won a Price from the app called faves. So I got a message saying I should confirm my info on jotform.com but I couldn’t put my phone 

I couldn’t put my phone number in because you only allow English number

Please note that JotForm has created the software that created the form in question, however we are not responsible for the content of the form. That form belongs to an account named, hamzaemadtariq, and only the account owner may make changes to the form.

I would like to strongly recommend that you do not provide personal information to this form. I do see that this form appears to be collecting information on the behalf of the "Faves" app. However, that account is not associated with any company. I have asked our Review department to look into this. I will respond to this thread once there is an update.
