Hi there!
My users are being forced to complete a reCAPTCHA following submission of one of our forms and they are having to click multiple times to get through the forms.
I did not intentionally included reCAPTCHA to my forms and do not want my users to go through this painful process.
Is there any variant to disable this function?

Please note that when form detects unusual submission / traffic from same IP address, for security reasons a Captcha field is display after form is submitted.
Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? I would suggest you to please share web page URL and we will take a look.
I am also escalating this to our backend team as well with a request to whitelist your account. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

We have whitelisted your account. Please test your form again and get back to us if Captcha field is being displayed after form submission.
We will wait for your response.
