Hello!
I've checked your form and can see you already have an Approval Workflow active.
You can approve or deny the submissions in two ways:
- From the email - once a form is submitted, an email will be sent to the email address specified as the approver. You can click the Approve or Deny button that is present in that email.
- Right from the form's Inbox - this currently won't work for your case, as your approver's email address is different from the one associated with your JotForm account. For this to work, you would have to share the Inbox with the approver first:
In your case, the email address set as the approver can be seen here:
Please check that address's inbox to see if you received the approval emails.
You can also temporarily change the approver to your JotForm account and make a test submission to see exactly how it works if you are not the approver.
To find out more, please visit this guide:
How Do Approvers Complete Their Tasks?
Thank you!
- From the email - once a form is submitted, an email will be sent to the email address specified as the approver. You can click the Approve or Deny button that is present in that email.

We have not received your screenshot in your last response.
But I understand what you are referring to. Are you referring to the JotForm logo?
If yes, you can remove it directly on the email content and add your logo.
Otherwise, if you are referring to the Sender email noreply@jotform.com, then you can setup your SMTP as the Sender email:
Here is a useful guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-how-to-setup-smtp-for-a-form
Please check and let us know which one you are referring to.
