I recommend you add documentation at the beginning regarding the fact that this does not support Custom objects in Salesforce. This won’t be useful for my team until we can update both Contacts and our custom object records.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Yes, unfortunately, custom objects are currently not supported via Salesforce.
We will surely update the details.

Gerard, perhaps that should be clarified. Custom object ARE supported in standard Jotforms. I'm working with both Contact and a custom object all the time. So I was greatly disappointed to see that the new pre-fill option does not support Custom objects. This feature would be EXTREMELY helpful for our organization as we are likely have to duplicate records created every year as we require annual registration for our program.

Hello,
Thanks for clarifying. I've already sent a feature request to our relevant team. Hopefully, our Pre-fill feature will support custom Salesforce objects soon.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Kathleen,
We have some great news for you. You can try out the new and improved version of our Salesforce Prefill feature, which is currently in beta. Based on your feedback, we believe you’ll find the enhancements particularly beneficial.
To get started, in the Form Builder go to Publish tab at the top. Then, go to Prefill on the left and select Salesforce Live Prefill.
Authenticate or choose your account, and proceed with other settings.
We'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback as you use it.
Thank you for helping us improving our product.
