Hi there,
You can definitely implement QR codes on the form, please go to PUBLISH > QUICKSHARE > SHARE OPTIONS:
You can also add a QR code in the form: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/qr-code.
As well as a QR code reader: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/qr-code-reader.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Best.

what I want to achieve is through your forms, to open a google application example, and when the client opens the forms inside the forms, the google application runs (I want my client to open the forms and "think" that he opened the application) app is https://apps.apple.com/gr/app/covid-free-gr/id1573538675?l=el

You have two options depending on how that APP operates, you can either copy the QR code embed link, or upload the QR code image on the APP:

Best.
