How do I determine what the column headers look like?

In the app on Android and ios, how do I determine what shows up as the headers when I go into submissions? I would like certain column content to show up.

Hi there! You can change the header and sub header information from the Inbox view of your form (as indicated below); that will affect your mobile submissions layout too.
