404 error when trying to access support ticket.

    Hi all this is a constant error I'm getting only once in a while is it working or allowing me to get to My support Requests to check the replies or go back to the reply I have received

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered.

    This usually happens when you're trying to access a private ticket that you're not authorized to access.

    If you're trying to access a ticket of yours however, then you need to log in your account in the same browser you're trying to access the ticket through.

    May we please have the ticket link so we can specifically determine why you're not able to access it?

    that's the issue I cannot get to any of my old messages

    That's because you're NOT logged in your JotForm account with the username "mykool".

    Please follow the steps below.

    1. Log out.
    2. Log in using your username "mykool" and password.
    3. Click here.

    Do you see your previous support tickets?

    Hi even if i did that and I'm logged in each time when I click support = my support Request I get 404

    How do you open the website anyway? From an email? From your browser's history?

    Additionally, earlier today, our website was down but has been restored as of writing this. Please try checking again.
