Hi there,
Please take a look at our Referral widget and let us know if it fits your requirements: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/get-referrer.
Here are the guides for customizing the URL or your Domain:

Hi there,
I don't think the Referral Widget works in this instance. We will be promoting this form on Instagram, Twitter, and Email. Essentially I would like to assign a unique URL to each of the previously mentioned platforms. So that we can monitor that X number of users came from Instagram, X number came from Twitter... etc.
How would I do that?
Thanks!
Stephanie

Hello!
You can do that by adding a hidden text field to your form and filling it using a parameter that you will specify for each platform.
This will enable you to, for example, post a link with a special parameter to your Facebook, the field will be filled with "Facebook", and it will be visible to you in your form submissions.
To do this:
- Add a Short Text field to your form (I will name it Referral)
- Hide the field
- Customize the link to fill this hidden field with a value. You will need a custom link for each platform - for example, to fill the hidden field with the value Facebook, share this link on Facebook:
https://www.jotform.com/[your form id]?referral=Facebook - Here's the result:

Please let us know if that suits your needs.
Thank you!
