Missing Submissions: Why some of the fields data is missing in submissions?

The users completed the forms and double-checked it, but some of the questions are not showing up, could you check that all the intel was sent?

I checked your form and it looks like that the empty fields are non-required. It might be possible that these were skipped and the user didn't receive any warning. You will notice that none of the required field data is missing. I would suggest making the rest of the fields required also to avoid empty entries.
