Hi! So when I set up my jotform it was to book tattoo appointments. The first booking cycle I did I was able to reply from jotfrom and then when my clients responded to that it would come directly to my email from theirs, however when I recently opened up my form again people were unable to reply directly to my email and their response instead got sent to he donotreply email and I never received them. How can I ensure when we continue our conversation it comes directly to me?
