We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. are you referring to the last card on your form that says "REVIEW THEN SUBMIT TO CONFIRM ORDER"?
Have you tried removing it on the builder page of your form using the Remove button.
However, if you are trying to disable the Review Before Submit feature of your form you can do that on the builder page settings.

I have been submitting help requests & trying to get help on a suspended account for over 6 hours & still have received no response. I need my account reactivated urgently as you have disabled all forms for multiple companies. How can I get immediate help for this after waiting over 6 hours so far?
Can you please tell me who to contact or what to do to get to get account reactivated? I have been submitting help requests for past 6 hours & no one has answered me or contacted me.
