Hello,
We recently embedded a form on our website which included a file upload section to upload specific formats of pictures. Unfortunately, we are unable to download the images on mobile, when someone submits a form with an image. Is that common, or do I need to change the settings of the form?
Best,
Joshua -

Hello! 👋
When you go to view the images, submitted from the form, you'll need to make sure that you're logged into your JotForm account. Could you try logging into your account on that device, then try viewing the images again? Let us know if you run into any issues or still have trouble.
Thanks!

I apologize, I can't view the images in our email once they submit a form. I can view it in the account, just not the email.

Hello @joshuaolsen28,
If you are unable to open your file uploads from your email, it is most likely due to the privacy settings you have on your account.
The current settings do not allow your form submissions to be opened or downloaded unless you are signed in to an existing JotForm account. If you are trying to access these uploads while logged out of your account, then you will not be able to do so. This is why my colleague suggested logging in before trying to open the files from your email.
Here is a screenshot of your current privacy settings:
To resolve this issue, you will either need to log into your account to view the uploads, or you can disable these privacy settings so you can view the uploads while logged out.
Please give this a try and let us know if you require further assistance, we are happy to help.
