Hi,
I've been playing with the workflow approval. Just wondering if we can reverse an approval to pending or deny?

Unfortunately, that is currently not possible. I'll raise your request to our developers, but please note that we do not know when or if will this be implemented. If there is any update, we will inform you here.

Hi lepgladstone,
We implemented the ‘Undo’ function for the approvals. Now you can undo your approval actions within 5 seconds by clicking ‘Undo’ on notification pop up.

Hello - I know I'm typing within the "Answer" side of this question. 5 seconds to "Undo" is not enough, in my opinion. These approval requests may be denied at a later date after further review. Any option to allow us to edit the Approval/Denial option would be great. Even if the individual can do it from their original Approval email submission, they can find that email and go back and deny.. that would be helpful. Anything helps!
