I need to Transform all forms from the user ross.lin@gmail.com to aiden@mooveandgroove.com.au

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
If you want to transfer the forms from ross.lin to another account, the request has to be made from the account owning the forms.
Also, please note that ross.lin is under the Silver plan and Loughlin_Aiden is under a free account.

Or create a new one thru our Support System.
However, as mentioned by my colleague the ross.lin@gmail.com account already reached the Free plan's form limits, as such, in order for us to transfer someone else's forms, the ross.lin@gmail.com account should either upgrade or delete some forms to accommodate the new forms to be transferred.

I see that you have transferred the forms to aiden@mooveandgroove.com.au. I need to transfer these forms:from aiden@mooveandgroove.com.au to info@mooveandgroove.com.au.

As per your request, I have now moved the said forms from the Loughlin_Aiden account to the mooveandgroove account.
