I have prepared an example form to show you how you can create a form. Please see the steps and the screencasts below:

CREATING A FORM

You can create a form in three ways. By clicking the green "Create Form" button on the top left of the "My Forms" page; you can start with a blank form with the "Start From Scratch" option.

We have more than 10000 templates that you can choose from, you can choose one of them depending on your need to have a jump start by using the "Use Template" option and pressing again on the "Use Template" button under the forms on the template page.

Or, you can import a form from a web page, clone an existing form or import a PDF form to convert it to an online form by using the "Import Form" option.

In my example, I have used our template page:

• After I clicked the "Create Form" button on the main page. I have chosen the "Use Template" option for a quick start and selected the "New Customer Registration Form" template. You can search for any template you want from the search bar on the Template Page with a keyword.
• Then, you can edit your form as you wish by dragging and dropping the fields.
• By pressing the "Add Form Element" button on the top left of the page, you can add different fields you need, or by clicking on the fields and pressing the "trash icon" (Remove) you can delete the fields you don't want. Please see the screencast below:

• In addition, you can change the font options, design, theme, and layout of your form easily by using the "Form Designer" which can be found on the top right of the page - "the blue brush icon". Please see the screencast below:
