jotform to excel

I want to connect my jotform puppy application to populate an excel file as forms are submitted using power automate but I only see zapier listed on your site. Do I have to do that through the power automate app? And if so, it's asking me a lot of questions while creating the flow that I don't know how to answer! Help!

Yes, there is a JotForm connector that you can use to send information to an Excel spreadsheet.
