Why I can't Save a from on one of pages of multistep form?

After clicking 'Sign up with Google' and successfully entering my credentials I see this:

Also when I try to simply login with Jotform credentials, after entering credentials I get this and nothing more:

Upon checking, your email popova.nk@gmail.com already has an account with Jotform. Click on "Log in" instead of "Signup". Login with your Gmail account and save the changes.

But my second message above is exactly about that - I can't login neither by google SSO, nor Jotform credentials. I provided 2 images - for both these cases. Please explain why that doesn't work.

This problem exists not only for me/this account.

I'm trying to trigger the issue from my end but can't seem to.

Try clearing your browser's cache, or logging in in incognito or private mode, or try using a different browser, see if the problem persists.

If you're still having trouble, please share the device info as well as the OS and browser version where the issue occurred, that'd be helpful. You can also send us screenshots of the console log if it shows any errors.

Device: HP Elitebook 850 G5

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise version 1909

Browsers:

Google Chrome Version 88.0.4324.182 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Microsoft Edge Version 89.0.774.75 (Official build) (64-bit)

and

Device: iPhone 12 Pro

Browsers: Safari

After trying to login with JotForm Credentials or Google SSO, I get this:

I just tried the form in your screenshot and it worked fine on my Chrome browser.

Can you please try it on Chrome in incognito mode and see if that works?
