HIPAA - sending email notification

Trying To understand how to send a form that is HIPPA-enabled. When I email the form will other people have access to the persons answers when I email the next person the same exact forms

Is there a way to send five forms altogether in email to a person.

If you're referring to sending an email notification containing the entry's data, then no; submission data will not be included in any notification emails due to HIPAA privacy restrictions. However, you will receive an alert that you have a new submission.
