Hi
I have had several constituents saying that they have not received confirmations
the intention of the document submitted is that a confirmation goes to "parent 1 email"
please guide me so I can set the form that confirmations are sent automatically

Hello ogoldenbergahschoolscom,
It appears that your conditions are removing the email recipients, here:
When an email recipient is changed, it removes all recipients and adds only the one specified. Please change the first condition as below:
Specifically change the Email line for TS Auto Response to:
ogoldenberg@ahschools.com, {authorizedParentguardian49}
This should ensure that the emails are always sent!

I believe this was only for the condition that affected the TS Auto Response email.

Neither were receiving confirmations so I did make the change in both

Hello,
My apologies, I initially made my suggestion based on the settings I was seeing in your conditions.
At this time I have created a clone of your form so that I can give you more thorough instructions. However, I'm not sure what the flow for this form is. I have attempted to fill out my cloned form, but the first section consists of read-only fields, and one is required. Is this form supposed to be pre-populated by another form?

Yes I can give you a live form that you can replace the form ID with the ID of the cloned form
this will prepopulate the basic fields

I was able to fully test my solution for you, I can confirm that the changes you have made to your form should send the email. You are correct, it appears that you will want to add this change to condition 33 as well. Here is a screenshot of my result that was sent to the parent/guardian email:
One last thing, you may want to change the line to:
ogoldenberg@ahschools.com, {authorizedParentguardian49}, {authorizedParentguardian50}
This will send the email to the second parent/guardian email as well.
