How can I get rid of the text box that appears on hover?

I am building this form through the classic layout and when on a question page, this small gray text box appear when I hover over a certain area with the text from that question. Photo attached. Can I get rid of this somehow?

This issue is still present. At first, it was gone in editing mode but when in preview mode, it still shows.
