How do I send a form without asking for clients for sign up?

    Hi,

I have created a form and when I want to send this form via email to someone it asks them to create an account which I don't want to do. I was told prior to signing up that if someone followed a link I sent them they would then just have the ability to fill in their details and return? Is this possible. I have ensured when sending the form it is a 'public form' but it still asks for them to sign up.

    Many thanks

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

Please note that the "invite by email" option will require the users to create an account.

You can set the form to public, copy the form link, and share it directly with your users.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions.

    Hi,

Thats really strange because that method still doesn’t work for me. I have to select email on the left hand side tab bar and copy the link that way.

    Hello Nicola,

I assume you shared them through the Email tab like the following? This one doesn't ask your users to create an account when they click on the form URL.

Or I suggest you follow my colleague's instruction if you want to share the form URL in your own email. You should be able to see the form URL in the Publish > Quick Share tab.
