Hello.
Can you please help me figure out why my form is not displaying correctly on Mac OS Safari Browser but is perfectly fine on Windows 10 Chrome Browser.
Attaching an image to help see form on Mac, as well.

Hello! I am able to replicate this problem at my end as well on the Safari browser. This is being caused by your custom CSS, to be specific the following snippet:
.form-all {
margin-top : 0px !important;
float : right !important;
}
If you remove this code snippet or simply comment it out; then clear your form cache; then it will work in Safari as well (as shown in the screenshot below).
