After submitting All forms , it show the message (502 Bad Gateway nginx).
The problem has been going on for more than 7 days - please solve the problem quickly because of the annoyance of many customers

I cloned and tested on of the forms in your account https://www.jotform.com/202956392435461 but could not find any issues.
I have additionally cleared the form cache on your acocunt.
Please check and let us know if you are still getting this error.
