On March 6th I signed up for Jotform under my name, Abdul Muizz.
Since then I canceled that subscription and set up a new one under Retreat BIR.
I am an officer in the non-profit organization Brothers in Recovery. We needed and email address that would reflect that online payments were going to the non-profit, not an individual. I submitted all the needed information for the organization and was able to successfully use the registration form I created with a $50 payment using my personal credit card 0n 3-13-21. I stated testing the jotform using different personal credit cards of my own and have not been able to so. I get a message "Transaction refused" each time a try. I need to have this working by Saturday so I can present it to the other Retreat Committee members.
Please Help!

Hi,
Just to confirm, the error message you receive "Transaction Refused". Is that correct?
Could you please share a screenshot of the issue? Also, please make sure that the credit card is working fine. You can also test the payment integration by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/390-how-to-test-your-paypal-payment-form
