Does Jotform support forms that a user can edit over and over without submitting? Like journal entries for example?

Hi there,
If I understood correctly you want to know if the user is able to edit their submissions again and again? Yes, they can. Please check the guide below to see how you can send an Edit Submission URL to your users.

If you meant something else then please let us know.
Thanks

Thanks for your response. Is there way to add password protection so it's not just a link anyone can use?

You can password protect the form. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/579-how-to-password-protect-a-form
