I only have 2 forms, one has 7 submissions and the other hasnt had any because when you go to click either link it says they are disabled. I spent 3 hours perfecting the second form and it cant even be accessed at all.

Your form is disabled because your account is suspended. The account is suspended because you are collecting credit card info with plain text fields, which is against our Terms of Use.
I deleted the guilty fields and activated your account.
If you want to process payments, you need to use one of our payment processors. And if you want to charge your users at a later date, you can enable payment authorization.
