We have been having a lot of issues with Jot Form lately. Sometimes we are unable to see any names on forms submitted or answers. Now we are experiencing not being able to download any forms that have been submitted. This is getting very frustrating. When the rare chance occurs that it does download, the file is unable to be opened.

May we know the error message you receive when downloading the submissions?
Can you please share the console logs ?
