I have found where to change an email address for the account user. I was able to do this successfully with the original email the account was made under. However, I tried using a new email address verification will not go to this new account. Help!

I have checked your account, and found that the main e-mail is already verified.
Are you trying perhaps to set a custom e-mail sender address? If this is the case and you're not receiving the verification e-mail in this process, kindly check this guide:
