I could not find any account with this email, so I could not test any form to replicate issue. Could you please send us the Form ID or name? Also, you can share the problem screenshots via this ticket.

The wording may have been misunderstood. When I linked my form / embedded to my website and then tested the form it brings you back to jot form instead of a Thank you page. All over I looked how to correct that.

Please check if your form has enabled the redirect to thank you page.
If your form is on the classic layout, you may check it in your Settings>Thank you page and make sure to select "Show a Thank you page".
