Hi, I need some help trying to understand why the debit/credit card option fails when someone uses my form to place an order. The only form of payment that will work without issue is PayPal. However I do want people to have the chance to pay directly with a debit or credit card however each person who has tried I receive a card authorization failure message from them. Like they will get in contact with me and say they can’t pay with their card through the form because it won’t allow the transaction to happen. What can I do on this side of the JotForm to reconcile that issue so that peoples banks aren’t like shutting down their cards?

Could you kindly try to disconnect and connect PayPal again? Please turn the Show "Debit or Credit Card" on and off too.
