Good evening,
I recently signed up for an account. I had it placed on my website. I longed into my account as i want to make changed and it says my account has been disabled. Please could you tell me why and how i can resolve this issue.

Your JotForm account was suspended since your form https://form.jotform.com/210349215845051 was collecting credit card information on plain form fields. This is phishing as per our Terms and our PCI compliance:
We will need to delete these fields from the form and only then can we activate your account.
