Can't access forms

    Hi, I created a free account, created some forms. Then I paid for membership. Put my link live and it is working great, as I have been getting emails of people using it and completing the form. Then after launch, I enabled the HIPAA-enabled version, and now when I log in my forms are not there. I am needing to access those sign ups please.

    When I login, it says I have no forms created, but I have two running live. Also, even after entering user and password, the "login" still shows top right, so not sure if it is even logging in.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. We did have an issue related to HIPAA accounts which has already been resolved.

    I have cleared your form cache, kindly completely clear your browser cache as well and test again.
