I am a designer and have used JotForm once before to make a waiver for a client's website course. In that situation we made the JotForm account under the client's name and info. Now I have another client who needs an application form with payment integration for their Squarespace site. I have a few questions:
- should I always set up the JotForm account under the client's information or is there an agency account ?
- How might the JotForm work with the Squarespace site? I see that I can design the form nicely in JotForm. Once it is done, does it live within JotForm and we link to it? Or can we embed it in the Squarespace page?
thanks,
Amy

Hello Amy,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
should I always set up the JotForm account under the client's information or is there an agency account ?
You can have the account in any user's name. It is not necessary to change the account name to the client's name. It will not affect your forms.
I have moved your second question to a separate thread. We will respond to you there soon: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2872940.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
