How many domains can I use?

We need forms that enable HIPAA compliance for multiple clients and domains. Is there a plan that allows us to use the paid version on more than one domain?

Customization of the domain is only possible with our Enterprise plan. You may be able to add the sub-users to the enterprise account.

We need forms that enable HIPAA compliance for multiple clients and domains. We are a small agency and we need a plan that allows us create forms that will be displayed on multiple client domains/websites. How do we do this?

Do you want to embed the form on multiple client's websites?

So are all the clients ok if they are able to login into the same account to check their data?

If they log in to the same account they would be able to see the data from different forms too that belong to different users.

If the clients are ok then you can create forms for different users and store them under the same account.
